The service department at this dealership knows what customer service is all about. When was the last time you put down $900 for repair service and felt good about it? That's what I just did and I paid it gladly. It was a major service for my 4Runner with 143K, by-the-way. Joe, the service rep is one of the best I've encountered in all my Toyota experincens. They are very communicative; they do what they say they're going to do and they treat the customer with respect. Great place to get your car repaired.

We have a 2011 RAV-4 purchased from this dealership and serviced by it from the beginning. My recent service experience, overseen by Adrian, was typical - checked in promptly, kept apprised of work being done, work needed clearly explained to me, and reasonable price overall.
