I arrived at 8:00 on Friday to drop off my Grand Highlander for a recall and routine maintenance that Roger told me would take all day. While I waited for my ride, I sat in the main lobby to wait on someone in Finance to show up to get a printout of my sales contract. I have used this dealership to service my Highlander since moving to Santa Fe in 2002, and I would not go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional. Roger is my to-go service technician, and he explains everything in detail, including worst case scenarios. He is easy to reach by phone. They provide a courtesy shuttle, and both drivers are so nice. They have been with this business for years, so getting a ride from them is very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Daniel Guerrero was the lead technician in providing transmission service for my vehicle. After finding a slow leak in the transmission, he showed me photos, provided a thorough explanation and discussed an action plan to address it. Daniel is very knowledgeable. Terrible recent service experience after many years as a customer. Brought in because the heater wouldn't turn off. They didn't fix that problem and instead charged us over 2K for a bunch of other things, including new tires. We called to resolve, and all we got were defensive excuses and the promise of a call from manager that never came. Still haven't heard back. We just feel cheated.

I just got off the phone with a sales man, he didn’t give his name but he was very Rude and unprofessional. I am in the r market for a new vehicle, and Santa Fe Toyota just lost my business. Bad service. Hidden fees and surprise contracts. First time buyer, never buying from them again. Multiple issues with new RAV4, extended warranty added on without approval. Had to cancel now waiting 6-8 weeks to get refund for something I didn’t know I was buying. Avoid Santa Fe Toyota.

I went in for my 30,000 mile service after a long road trip. I also had a front shimmy when applying the brakes. Daniel took care of me getting the service check completed and the shimmy fixed! Good Job! I also ordered new tires. Nice quiet ride now!

They also gave me a great price on my trade-in. They have been responsive since I bought my car. They already scheduled my first service. I would recommend this dealership.

What more do you need! Go online to set your appointment. This will save you time. They are fast, convenient, and courteous. And they won't try to upsell you on snake oil products. Only thing is, I've never asked if they service non toyota vehicles.
This is my favorite Toyota: Very reliable , fast service, honest. Sometimes they get to busy because the staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. Management will take care of you. There might be times where they will explain even the most simple detail for any service required. Best if you book an appointment; however, they take walkings. There is a local shuttle also available if you need to get dropped off to do errands near by. The manager Jennifer is always making sure staff provides the best services.
