My wife and I bought a low-mileage used 2014.5 Camry Hybrid from Toyota of Santa Fe. Unfortunately, the front bumper cover was damaged before we acquired the car but they promised to fix it. To make things easier for us, they arranged to have the repair done in our hometown of Tucumcari. Jacks, the repair shop here, failed to put all of the clips back into place, and wind stress against the undersupported bumper cover caused a splash guard to dislodge from beneath the car. I went to the dealership and didn't see anything in my price range and as I was leaving a salesman approach and offered assistance. I told him $10,000. and he found a truck in the service department within my budget. We test drove the truck and it was clean with plenty of power just not the right one for me. Very helpful and willing to go out of there way to check back to see if I was still in the market.

On a very hot day, travelling in our Toyota Prius from Kansas to Albuquerque with the car packed with family, we had inadvertently blocked a cooling vent which caused the master warning light to come on. We pulled in to Santa Fe Toyota feeling apprehensive and stressed. My experience with staff in the service department was exceptional. I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable both Frank Guerra, service advisor, and Chuck Roberts, master certified mechanic, were during my visit. They listened to me, answered my numerous questions about what was going on with my vehicle, and simply charged me for brief amount of time it took to diagnosis the problem. Although I only wanted to diagnosis the problem today, they went out of their way to make sure my battery was charged, so I wouldn't be potentially stranded during my long commute home.
