This new mobile app enables drivers to enjoy their connected services1 , access real-time vehicle health information and more –all from a mobile device. (Note: GR Supra owners must use the Supra Connect20 app instead.) The Toyota app is available as a free download for both iPhone®14 and Android™19 devices.

Before you begin

  • Check your Phone Compatibility
  • Your Vehicle is Stopped and in park.
  • Your Bluetooth device is on.
  • Your Bluetooth device is searchable

Pairing Your Device

Basic Steps
  • Press [MENU] on the faceplate of your vehicle, then select
    “Setup” on display screen
  • On your vehicle, Select “Bluetooth,” then select “Add New Device” on display screen. Select “Device Name.”
  • Check the display on your smartphone. Does the
    PIN XXXX match the PIN displayed? If it does, select
  • “Connecting” displays while device is forming the
    connection to your multimedia system.
  • Enable Notifications (text message). While pairing your device this message will display: “You may need to allow message access on your
    phone.” Turn on “Show Notifications” for iPhone® or “ON”
    for Android.Note: You may also select “Skip” on display screen to skip enabling notifications.
  • A confirmation will appear once your phone has been
    paired and connected.

Safety Connect®2 is your lifeline in case of an emergency. Cloud connectivity enables the vehicle to provide an Automatic Collision Notification (ACN) to
dispatch emergency services under certain conditions. It also provides roadside assistance9 and stolen vehicle locator services, delivering peace of mind in a wide range of situations.


Service Connect3 keeps the lines of communications open between you, your vehicle and your dealer. If a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or Maintenance
Required light turns on, customers can contact a dealer via the multimedia display through a paired Bluetooth®12 phone. The vehicle alert data will also be sent to the preferred servicing dealer. You will have an additional record of the alert by viewing the Vehicle Health Report.


Remote Connect4 helps you keep an eye on your vehicle when you’re away. It provides customers the ability to start/stop the engine, unlock/lock doors, locate the vehicle and provide vehicle status alerts. And when the Guest Driver feature is activated, owners can even receive alerts when another driver is going at an excessive speed and/or is outside a set radius.


Wi-Fi Connect5, 6 brings the internet inside your Toyota. This in-vehicle Wi-Fi® hotspot allows the vehicle to join an existing cellular data plan. Up to five devices can connect simultaneously using the vehicle’s Wi-Fi® hotspot.


Destination Assist7 provides customers with 24-hour access to a live agent who can help locate a destination. The live agent can send the destination coordinates directly to the vehicle’s navigation system.


Dynamic Navigation8 sends real-time traffic and route information straight to the vehicle. This provides customers the most up-to-date map data, routes and
locations on their embedded navigation system through real-time updates downloaded from the cloud.
