Service Support
Our service support team include shuttle drivers, porters and detail crew. Shuttle drivers Ernie and Francesco provide transportation to and from the dealership for our service customers. Porters assist us in moving vehicles around the lot. Our detail crew does a thorough cleaning inside and out of every vehicle we offer for sale.

Service Porter
The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.
Responsibilities
-
- Meeting and Greeting Service Customers
- Drive customer and internal vehicles
- Communicate with employees on daily process
- Provide retail customer sales experience
- Any other task assigned by manager
- Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed
- Move vehicles from intake area to storage area
- Move vehicles inside and outside of Service Center to help achieve production standards
- Maintain neat and orderly production by sweeping, removal of trash and discarded parts as well as other actions required to maintain the appearance of the production areas
- Maintain other areas of the Service Center such as the offices, storage areas and around the outside of the Department
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
- Save and tag all warranty parts for storage
Service Detail
Auto Service detail handle everything from a simple wash and vacuum to more intensive cleaning jobs, including hand washing vehicles, steaming and deodorizing interiors, and applying waxes, polishes, or protective agents to cars.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle.
- Clean interior and exterior windows.
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle.
- Clean engine and engine compartment. Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
- Conduct paint and finish repair and reconditioning when necessary
- Support Service and Sales Department operations with clean and finely detailed vehicles
- Install accessories and small parts as needed
- Any other task assigned by manager
Service Shuttle Driver
The Shuttle Driver picks up and delivers customers to and from the dealership.The position absolutely requires a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operates a passenger van safely and efficiently.
- Responds to requests from dispatch or management for scheduled and unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs.
- Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle.
- Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior courtesy lamps, air-conditioning or heating, warning lamps, mirror adjustment, properly inflated tires, windshield wipers, vehicle damage, etc. prior to moving vehicle.
- Responsible for ensuring inside and outside of vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis.
- Keeps interior of vehicle neat and orderly.
- Accurately completes driver sheet for each shift with information including number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off times, mileages, destinations, etc.
- Treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Follow COVID-19 prevention guidelines and procedures.
- Disinfect vehicle between uses.
- May also be required to perform other related duties as requested.
Parts Driver
The Parts Driver drives company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts in the local area.
Responsibilities
- He or she transports products from local parts sources and delivers them to our dealership.
- The Parts Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times.
- Ability to lift load and deliver merchandise.
- The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- Candidates must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles and must have basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance (checking and topping off fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure, performing vehicle safety checks, etc
Delivery
Delivery receives and distributes deliveries throughout our dealership. This position is similiar to our delivery drivers except this person is assigned to work primarily at the dealership, and deliver within our facilities.
