There’s a lot of reasons to use our early bird/night owl vehicle drop off. Whatever it is, we’re here for you. Safely drop your vehicle without having to be there for the check-in process. Instead, we call you when we open to confirm any work and estimates. Ask about our no-charge Shuttle service in the Santa Fe area.
Park your vehicle to the right of the service drive doors.
Remove all valuables, and lock your vehicle.
Bring the keys to the drop box located just past the service drive doors.
Open the Early Bird box from the top and obtain a key envelope.
Fill out the information, with your name, phone number(s) and other means of contacting you, license plate, car make/model, and services to be performed. Sign the bottom.
Place the keys in the envelope, seal it, and drop the envelope into the mail slot in Early Bird Box.
When the service department opens, certified Service Advisor will check in your vehicle, and will contact you mid-morning to review your vehicle needs. If you have any questions, give us a call or contact our Service Support staff at 505-780-4767

Brian was the fixed operations director for 26 years in Los Angeles before he visited Santa Fe and found his new home. Since then, he’s been a dog recuser for greyhound racing. He also is a co-owner of a real estate company.
ABOUT ME: Originally from El Paso, I came to New Mexico at the suggestion of a friend. I’ve been with Beaver, Now Toyota of Santa Fe for over 20 years. I started in Rentals for 4 ½ years .. then moved into service. AND Now i’m in express. Before Beaver and now Toyota of Santa Fe, I worked in Shipping and Receiving at Empire Builders.
